This is quite a big deal, as top chefs from around the world represent their countries in this contest. With a focus on encouraging and promoting the culinary expertise of young chefs, this contest offers the opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity in an international venue.
Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs’ goal is to promote cultural differences in food preparation and presentation using traditional techniques. And, this contest provides an opportunity for the young chefs to compete with their peers from around the world. Therefore, winning this competition puts Café des Artistes at the top of the list both in Mexico and in the world.
Café des Artistes amazing reviews
Clark from Needham Heights, MA wrote: “Delicious and creatively presented food in a beautiful setting. Great service. Go here for a special meal on a special occasion.”
Rita from Elsene, Belgium wrote: “Got the name from some dear Mexican Friends and was not disappointed! The place itself is a bit out of the crowded area, and that makes it even more special! We walk up the stairs to a magical tropical patio, all lit up, like a secret garden. The food is out of this world, and can understand why the lobster soup has been in the menu for 28 years! Fish of the day was delish and on point! The ice cream was to die for! Paco and Marcos tended to my every need throughout the night, very attentive and thoughtful! Recommend to anyone visiting PV!“
